The Milk Products MUA Leah Darcy Swears By

Sometimes—OK, all the time—it seems like anything that touches Hailey Bieber’s face goes viral. (Remember when our Lip + Cheek in the shimmery mauve-pink shade Rally had a major moment after showing up on her face last year? Needless to say, we do. Good times.) But what you might not think about is that when a product touches Hailey’s face, there’s a makeup artist touching her face, too. More often than not, that’s Leah Darcy.

Leah is one of Hailey’s go-to MUAs, even showing up in the model’s YouTube makeup tutorials. And there’s good reason for that: She’s amazing. But Leah knows that literally anyone can be their own makeup artist when equally amazing, easy-to-use products are involved—hence her being a big Milk Makeup fan.

Wanna know what she's using? We asked Leah which Milk products she loves the most and why so you can pack your kit the way she packs hers.

1. Hydro Grip Set + Refresh Spray

You might be under the impression that Hydro Grip Set + Refresh Spray is something to be used once all of your makeup is done, but Leah would beg to differ. She uses the hydrating, alcohol-free formula in a very innovative and unexpected way: mid-concealer application. “I love to use Hydro Grip setting spray to set and rehydrate my concealer before blending,” she says. “It helps to blend everything together and makes it last all day with hardly any creasing.”

2. Future Fluid All Over Cream Concealer

Speaking of concealer, Future Fluid All Over Cream Concealer is a favorite of Leah’s. It serves multiple purposes beyond medium-to-full coverage on dark circles and breakouts. “I love to use Future Fluid as a base instead of foundation. It’s the perfect coverage and makes it easy to spot-conceal,” she says—but that’s not all. “I also love using my Future Fluid to highlight and brighten,” she explains, so you may want to keep a second, lighter shade in your kit.

3. Sculpt Stick

"I love a softer, more diffused contour,” Leah says, and she knows she can achieve that with Sculpt Stick, especially with the right technique. “I apply it to the back of my hand first to warm up the product and use a medium-density brush to apply and blend.” (She uses the same application process for Matte Bronzer, too.)

As with her other favorites, Leah multitasks with Sculpt Stick. “Sculpt Stick is beautiful as an eyeshadow,” she says, explaining that she usually applies it to her lids along with her contour for a seamless look. “I add more towards the end of application to make the color pop.”

4. Lip + Cheek

It should come as no surprise that, as Hailey Bieber’s makeup artist, Leah loves Lip + Cheek as much as her client and friend does. “Rally is the perfect wearable, buildable, baby-doll pink,” she says of the viral shade. She’s also a fan of Quickie, a deep plum shade that she’s been known to use as a second layer of blush on Hailey after a wash of Bionic Blush. She spreads it on the back of her hand, then taps it on the cheeks with her fingers for more control.
