A brow shadow stick with the coloring ease of a crayon? The natural-looking, long-lasting finish of an eyebrow powder? The holding power of a pomade? We’d raise an eyebrow, too, if someone told us you could get all of those qualities in a single brow product. But then, our team made that exact brow product.

Our Milk Makeup KUSH Brow Shadow Stick takes the guesswork, anxiety, mess, and disappointment out of making your natural brows look fuller. And whether you’re a brow neophyte or an outright aficionado, Milk Makeup Director of Artistry Sara Wren is quite certain you can’t go wrong. “This formula is great for a beginner or a full brow routine,” she says.

KUSH Brow Shadow Stick’s formula offers a ton of benefits, like 12-hour wear, crunch-free shaping, and conditioned, healthy-looking and healthy-feeling eyebrow hairs. Say goodbye to your collection of brow powders and brow pencils: This is officially the only tool you need for perfect brows that stay soft, full, and natural-looking. (Want a more sculpting effect for feathered brows or thin brows? Then a laminating brow gel like our KUSH Brow Lamination Gel is the one for you.)

Below, everything else you need to know about our latest brow breakthrough.

What is KUSH Brow Shadow Stick?

KUSH Brow Shadow Stick is a foolproof cream-to-powder brow shadow stick that instantly fills in sparse areas with the perfect amount of pigment for soft, full brows without the fuss of extra tools (the little built-in spoolie is all you need for natural-looking brows). It looks like an eyebrow pencil, but it’s actually designed to do the work of three tools: a brow crayon, brow pomade, and brow powder.

As the retractable, angled tip deposits buildable, diffused color in six shades, it helps effortlessly fill and shape your brows with pomade-like hold, sans stiffness. In mere seconds, our brow shadow stick helps your natural brows look fuller without making a mess. It’s perfect for trying the soft brow and smoky brow trends. Plus, the matte finish always creates natural-looking results that never seem too “done.” If the instant fullness weren’t impressive enough, KUSH Brow Shadow Stick also contains conditioning hemp-derived cannabis seed oil to leave brow hairs looking healthier even when you’re not wearing it.

Which brow types are KUSH Brow Shadow Stick best for?

“Anyone with medium-sparse to full brows will love KUSH Brow Shadow Stick since it gives a soft, natural, filled effect,” says Sara. “It’s great for a fuller brow because it’s so natural and quick to use.” So don’t be afraid to take already ample brows to a new level.

The six shades range from blonde, to a light-brown taupe, to medium brown, two variations of dark brown, and black. Each one is easily blendable, so you can create the most natural-looking soft finish on your brow color. If you like the dimensional effect of a brow powder duo, you can try blending two shades on your brows, using the lighter shade toward the front half of your brow and the darker shade on the tails of your brows.

Is KUSH Brow Shadow Stick waterproof?

Don’t worry about sweating this summer: KUSH Brow Shadow Stick is waterproof and long wearing. Our vegan, clean, cruelty-free formula also resists smudging and transfer for up to 12 hours.

How to use KUSH Brow Shadow Stick

We designed our KUSH Brow Shadow Stick to be as easy to use as possible, which means you don’t need to pull out an angled brush or separate spoolie for your brow routine. First, Sara recommends prepping your base by applying your favorite skincare products. This will ensure that you’re working with a clean, primed canvas under and around your brows.

Next, twist your KUSH Brow Shadow Stick up slightly before swiping it directly onto your eyebrows. “Starting in the middle of the brow, gently swipe back and forth,” she says. Use a light touch: A little goes a long way, but it’s also buildable if you want to further intensify your brows for a more dramatic finish. Finally, flip it around to the spoolie end to blend and shape, no brow brush required.

“Use the spoolie to comb through your brow hairs to help blend the pigment and shape your natural brows,” says Sara. Since the formula features pomade-like hold, you don’t need to add a separate brow gel on top.

Don’t be afraid to get creative either. Sara says KUSH Brow Shadow Stick also makes a great soft brown, taupe, or dark brown eyeshadow or eyeliner in a pinch, as well as a contour-shaded lip liner when used with ourElectric Glossy Lip PlumperorLip + Cheek. It’s a brow product that truly does the most—so you can do the least.
