Does this twist-up eyeliner have a built-in sharpener?Yep, it sure does. We wanted to make creating infinite looks as easy as twist, sharpen, smudge. Twist the pencil up with the intuitive retractable design, sharpen the tip for precise application or tightlining, and blend with the built-in smudger tip for an instant smokey effect.

What’s the best way to remove this waterproof eyeliner?We recommend removing our long-lasting waterproof eyeliner with Hydro Ungrip Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm. Swipe a small amount of the gentle formula over closed eyes, allow the cleansing oils in the balm to dissolve your makeup for about 10-15 seconds, then rinse away with warm water and a washcloth.
-Twist up pencil and apply as close to your lash line as possible along your eyelid.
-Use the built-in sharpener for precise application, tightlining, or extra sharp wings.
-For an instant smoky eye effect, use the smudger tip to blend color.

Easy to go on but doesn’t stay put. Eyeliner rubs off on upper eye even with or without prepping upper eye lid.
Very disappointed I was very excited for this product but it was another expensive failure!
