Awake NY is a lifestyle brand that reflects the diversity that continues to define New York City’s landscape. Founded by Queens native Angelo Baque, Awake NY’s range of apparel and accessories draw on a plethora of Baque’s influences and upbringing to capture the spirit of the five boroughs.

What inspired the collab?

Angelo’s experience growing up in New York City was our jumping off point for this collection. His goal: Make a “Summer Survival Kit” complete with a few personal care essentials you’d find at an NYC bodega. We took these items—lip balm, body butter, and hand cream—elevated the ingredients, and created some exclusive merch for you to carry ’em in.
